Feature: Knitting Classes, big collection of Inox and Clover needles, crochet stuff, and the price of the yarn seems lower than many other stores.
It looks like a tiny store but it's very roomy inside.

The hours for this store are wrong, they're open 10-7 M-F, and they're open til 5 on Saturdays and every other Sunday (not sure when they open on the weekend).

I've been going here for years. It's a lovely shop with a decent selection of yarns. It is the only knitting shop that I know of in the immediate area???
Is The Yarn Boutique still open? This was my LYS when I was beginning to knit. The owner was preparing for retirement and had massive sales when we left the area in around Feb 2006. At the time, she had not found someone to keep the space as a yarn shop. It was a lovely store.

17 St. John's Road (corner of Dundas and Clendenan-halfway between Runnymede and Keele on Dundas St.-right behind the gazebo in the little parkette.
Knitting Classes Tues.6:30-8pm
Crochet Classes Wed.6:30-8pm
New Moms-bring your babies-and anyone else who would like a morning class-Thurs.10:30-11:30am
Kids classes or anyone else who would like a beginners class on Sat.11-12noon or 2-3pm
All classes $15 or 4/$50
Carity and Knit and Bitch night Thursdays 6-8pm
