How I get there from Scarborough: get off at Woodbine Station, take the south bound Woodbine Bus to Queen St. E., take the east bound Queen St. street car for about 5 minutes, and the store is on the north side of Queen St. E.

This is a nice store for yound and hip knitters and crocheters. Knitting and crochet classes available. Listen to Knitcast 24 - Toronto to know more about this knitting store and knitters in Toronto.

Hi there - great site. :)

A more direct route to the Naked Sheep if you're coming down from the Danforth subway line is to take the Main bus south from Main station - it lets you off on Queen Street just a couple of blocks west of the Naked Sheep -- no streetcar necessary!

Sophia is right, much easier to get off at Main station - bus #64 Southbound to Queen. Be sure to get the bus south as it also goes north from Main station. Great store, staff are super nice and helpful.

The Naked Sheep unfortunately closed during the fall of 2010. The closest shops are the Wool Mill on Danforth and the Purple Purl on Queen East.
